How It All Started
Manifest Kombucha Co. was born in 2020 from a simple belief: that what we put in our bodies matters. What started as a kitchen experiment quickly grew into a passion for creating something that brings people together.
From our commercial kitchen near River Falls, Wisconsin, we brew small batches of kombucha that honor the art of fermentation and the bounty of our region.
Every bottle tells a story of collaboration with local growers and makers whenever possible, with the community that gathers at farmers markets, and with the land that inspires our seasonal flavors.
We believe in transparent brewing, sustainable practices, and creating something that makes you feel as good as it tastes.
Our Process
Traditional fermentation meets modern craft. Each batch is brewed with patience, precision, and a whole lot of care.

Brew
Our kombucha culture transforms sweet tea into tangy, probiotic-rich kombucha over 10-14 days.
Flavor
Fresh fruits, herbs, and botanicals are added during secondary fermentation for natural carbonation.
